Four Steps to a Quick, Easy Return:1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can contact us here.
2. Once you have your Return Authorization Number, we'll send you a shipping label by email.
3. Print off the shipping label and pack the products carefully.
4. If you are in Canada, drop the package off at your nearest Canada Post Office. If you are in the United States, call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 for a pick up.
You're done! As soon as we receive the returned package, we'll process your refund.
*There are no refunds on Fresh Frozen Royal Jelly products for any reason other than breakage during delivery. Free shipping on returns is only valid for Canadian and USA based orders. International orders do not qualify for free returns.
