We are happy to ship Internationally (outside of Canada or the USA).
Please contact Customer Support about your International Order for a shipping quote if the shopping cart does not support your country.
Be sure to include where you live (country), exactly what you are interested in AND the size you'd like. Also include the quantity if you would like more than one unit.
**Please note that some countries charge duties, taxes or Vendor Added Taxes (VAT). Bee Pollen Buzz is not responsible for these fees and it is your responsibility to determine if you will be subject to any fees upon delivery.
Important Note on Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we do not ship any honey products or fresh royal jelly products outside of North America unless you contact us at Customer Support to make specific shipping arrangements. See our Shipping Restrictions below.
European Orders:
We can not ship any honey or Fresh Royal Jelly products to Europe without first contacting us to make arrangements for additional shipping costs. Please contact us in Customer Support before ordering honey to Europe.
Australian Orders:
We are able to ship to Australia but can not ship the following products due to Australian customs restrictions:
We are able to ship Royal Jelly capsules and Propolis to Australia along with all of our cream products.
We are not able to ship orders that weigh greater than 2 kg's to Australia at this time UNLESS you contact Customer Service before you order.
Asian Orders:
We do not ship honey to Asia unless prior shipping arrangements are made with Customer Support.
